support partnerships in 4 major areas:
- cleaner technology and production
- waste and emission treatment, waste management
- renewable energy production and distribution
- energy management and environmental audit and
management systems, including IT systems.
Other areas not listed above, will be given considerations
on a case by case basis.

Invitation to participate in the preparation phase
is closed with effect from 1 September 2007.
Those partnership projects already at Feasibility
Study stage will be brought to completion for submission
for implementation phase before 31 December 2007.
